Laminating
Laminating
· Extrusion Laminating Process
It is the process of heating and melting resin on printed or unprinted films using an extruder to compress or bond the molten resin extruded through T-shaped dies with other films.
· Dry Laminating Process
This process involves coating adhesive onto printed or unprinted film, passing it through a dryer, and then bonding it with another film. Notably, solvent-free dry laminating does not use solvents, ensuring that no residual solvents remain on the packaging, which enhances safety for food packaging.
· Aging Process
This process involves storing products using thermoplastic resins at an appropriate temperature to enhance adhesive strength through a chemical reaction with the adhesive, thereby promoting curing.
